They only want your premium but zero customer service, when I called to pay they say go to website, if one insurance company does not want to underwrite they are so lazy dont want to try other insurance

I have been a customer of them for more than seven years. At that time, the customer service was average, but I never really had anything to complain about. I recently got into an accident with one of my cars, and when I processed my claim, I was told I did not have rental car coverage. I was surprised as I know when I got my first car and insurance plan that I specifically requested. After some conversations with the staff, who were very kind, I was informed that when I purchased my second car that the rental was not added to that plan. This was confusing because why would I have that feature on one car and not the other? No one could give me a good explanation except that it was never put on. I thought someone would at least offer to cover my rental because this was not my mistake. That was never delivered, and I have had to pay more than $1000 while my car gets fixed. They need to do a better job of trying to retain customers, and if you have a plan, make sure you review it every year for changes. Again they are friendly people, but I felt as someone who has been a loyal customer, I should have been compensated for their overlooking adding this feature to my new plan.

SAVED A TON OF $$MONEY$$!! I received information about this company from a friend and figured I would give it a try. I was only looking to change one policy but gave them the opportunity to look at everything I have. I worked with Ray and Alicia. Not only did I get way better coverage, but I also ended up saving almost $2000 between my home policies and my car policies. Especially now, in a time of financial uncertainty, it would be foolish for someone to not at least give this company a shot! Everything was done for me and I have brand new policies within a matter of days! This could not have been any easier, less stressful but also more comforting to you know that there are insurance people that genuinely have your best interest in mind! Thank you for everything you folks have done!!
