Be aware of this Dr and this practice, very unethical, surprise bill, rude staff including Dr himself.

Dr. Bhatt is one of those doctors that you see on TV shows. Highly knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly, great communicator, excellent bed side manner and compassionate of his patients. I recommend him to all my friends and family. One of the best doctors I have had the opportunity to meet. Not only do I consider him a great doctor, I consider him a great friend. I trust him with not only myself, but all members of my family.

My appointment was cancelled after making me wait for 45 minutes, because I have had an issue with changes in insurance, and I wasnt able to sort it due to different circumstances before my appointment . I was badly in need to see the doctor , got the appointment, waited for 45 minutes to connect with the doctor and then the receptionist told me they cant give me appointment, after 45 minutes they realised this clause. I have been diligently paying all the copays for all these years this was the first time and they after making me wait , told me they cant give me an appointment. Is this how a doctors office should be, if you cant wait for a patient to sort out his issues with insurance tell them beforehand, I could have gone to some other Kind and Considerate doctor who understands the importance of someone being unwell.

Check reviews for Fairfield Primary Doctors(owned by him and his wife) before making a decision- This place is very unprofessional, will get surprise bills even the insurance is covered. Staff is rude.
