Fitz installed our fish pond several years ago and having the pond has been a joy to us. Their customer service is unparalleled and they are the only company with whom I would trust with taking care of the pond. Tim Bock, among others, has been fantastic.

Yesterday we scheduled the opening of our Koi Pond. Dan & Eric arrived on time, were very professional and got right to it. They know exactly what they are doing and gave me all the answers to the many questions I asked. If you have any Koi Pond needs, Fitz's Fish Ponds are the go to guys! Kudos to Dan and Eric for a job well done! Very happy with their service and the entire team!

Tim was wonderful right from the start. He had great ideas and was very attentive to every detail. He was always available for questions and concerns. His team worked even after a snowstorm when the temperature was still cold because I was having family over on the weekend and he wanted to get it done for me. I would highly recommend them.

My 25 year old pond was losing water and Tim Bock of Fitz Ponds was the only guy I trusted to figure out a fix. Foreman Jimmy and all the guys who worked so hard to dismantle huge rocks, lay new liner, skimmer and rebuild a waterfall and installed a really cool biofalls. Everyday I see my pond I know I made the right decision when I called Tim.
