Carl and his team were more than helpful throughout the entire process. First-class service and was willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for loan!

I contacted Citizens mortgage about a construction loan in NJ. Carl Nielsen gave me an indicative rate and breakdown of costs. We had some interaction a couple weeks later and he stopped responding to me so I gave him a call to check in and he called me back. I told him I wanted to follow up and in the meantime had checked another bank for rates and he told me "he is not going on a wild goose chase" for me. I said that I guess that means there is nothing to do here and was going to hang up but then he scolded me for wasting his time. After we hung up I emailed him to lose my number and that I thought his conduct was very unprofessional, he responded with "You should respect peoples times..asking us to work for free is not something we do."

I was under the impression we were engaging in normal business protocol, we had exchanged about 3 emails and two phone calls for a total of 5 minutes over the span of a month. Not professional and frankly surprised anyway can get away with this behavior.
