They went over and above for me. I was driving from New York to meet someone else to buy used tires from because I didnt know of this company yet. The link that was provided from the other person brought me to the wrong location which was like 20 minutes away as I pulled into that parking lot. I ended up getting a flat tire.. I called Bavaria Tire they came right over, took my tire back to the shop, along with another one of my rims and install the tires for me. Had I known about them from the beginning I wouldve went to them first, but they did me a favor and helped me out.

I purchased two tires from here on Jan. 10. One of them turned out to be leaking as I had to fill it about 5 times since it was put on. I called today (Feb. 1) to bring it to their attention. I was told to show up and it would be looked at. I get there about 30 mins after calling only to be told that I can be helped in 1.5 hours as there was only one employee there and he had 2 customers ahead. If I wanted to wait that long, I would go to Firestone. I call the same number that I initially called and no answer. I drive back home because I do not have time to wait that long. This has been my go-to spot for tires, not sure what has happened lately. I have even recommended this spot to friends, but I will think twice before doing that now.
