I belong to ironworks fitness and I couldnt say better things about Lori and her gym she goes above and beyond for her clients and I couldnt be more pleased with her and the gym !thank you Lori for making me feel my absolute best

The guy associated with this fitness facility is extremely disrespectful to women. His online behavior isnt indicative of the positivity and professionalism one would desire in an environment expected to motivate members to attain fitness goals and increase self-esteem.

This place pushes the purchase of its online training classes on Facebook while the owners fianc is simultaneously attempting to publicly shame women on the same platform. Theres a real lack of honor, integrity, and character displayed by that mans actions. Im appalled by the unprofessionalism and will never support this business while hes associated with it in any fashion. I prefer gyms that encourage, inspire, and strive to elevate, not tear people down and attempt to make them feel poorly about themselves. There are plenty of training facilities in the area - choose one that cares about people.

Ive been a member of Ironworks Fitness for over 4 years and am extremely happy with my decision to join. Lori designs great, customized workouts and the atmosphere in the gym is really great. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about gaining strength, maintaining fitness and wants to do so in a friendly environment.

Excellent semi-private training. Lori is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, and really cares. She goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Small, private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended!
