        First of all, they were completely dishonest about the monthly cost of two new iPhone 15s. Secondly, what was pitched as two free Apple Watches, was not accurate. Only one was free. Our monthly bill went from $90 to $159. It was implied at the time that there was no additional charges. Further, twice we have gone into that store for technical assistance, and both times the person helping us acted as if we were distracting them from something else.

        My wife when into the flemington nj store 4 guys there anxious to help said noone ever my wife's screen went black and went in to the store looking to buy a phone full price but they instead referred her to go to a Walmart. They seem more interested in selling you a phone with a plan then helping out the customer regardless. I proceeded to call the next day to see if they had a phone instock which the system in tmobiles site shows it being instock for that location the employee says no we don't have that one. Terrible customer service
