Our HOA changed to Access Property Management on April 1st,2024. This can be a difficult and time consuming process for residents. With professional support, and commitment to meet a community's specific needs in this transition, excellent results are possible for the new company and their new clients. I had that opportunity with Cathleen at the Access Property Management office in Easton (Lehigh Valley, Nazareth Rd). The service she provided was professional, patient, expert and knowledgeable throughout our lengthy attempts to open a new account properly where unresolved issues existed from the previous company. I am pleased to report that all is correct after Cathleen and I worked together on each aspect of the process. How fortunate to have a company and employees that truly meet the challenge of giving time, effort and professionalism in meeting their client's needs.

If you like socialism this is your company...and they hang up the phone on you....Val! And they respond that they do not own any maintance equipment..then I would think being the management company they would be in contact with the contractor...or I'm wrong? Hi Val

I spoke with Kathleen in the Lehigh Valley office for Lafayette Park Village this AM. She helped me with an HOA question, a Request for Modification question and with a problem with flooding. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely kind. It was a real pleasure speaking with her and she answered all my questions. I can tell that she enjoys her job. Kathleen is a keeper.

Kathleen in the Lehigh Valley office for Willow Green Condos is very helpful. She was very patient, helping me and my mother in-law find the right place to order the condo resale certificate. She went above and beyond by staying on the phone with me while trying to email the closing department to be sure I had the correct address. I'd give more stars if I could:)
