I put one star because I had to but I would not recommend this shady real estate agents office if Mark Jacobson or Joanne Rankin to anyone. They will not only entertain but sign and keep open multiple contracts simultaneously. And if you try to get closure on your contract they will simply not respond for up to two weeks until higher offers are almost completed thus shutting you out of the process even though you had this first binding contract. Morally, ethically and corrupt. BEWARE BUYERS

I'm so pleased with my experience with the Weidel Flemington office. They are clearly industry experts and have a deep local knowledge of the area. I'm impressed by their reliability and professionalism and am grateful for their help!!
