        KOVI came quickly to pick up my vehicle. I used BMWs roadside assistance and the first company never showed and told BMW that I wasnt onsite. They never even attempted to show. KOVI showed up within 20 mins after the dealer contacting them. Very friendly! Highly recommend. Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

        My car broke down 1.5 hours away from my house and I had to have it towed home. The KIA dealership sent this company and said that they would be there in 60-90 minutes. The driver of the tow truck reached out to me within minutes to confirm my location and arrived within 5 minutes. So I was very happy only waiting 7 minutes instead of an hour. I rode back with my driver, Colton, and he was kind and professional and it was a very nice drive despite my dead car in the back. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Service: Car towing

        I dont know whats up with tow truck companies but had me wait for two hours just to never show up. And when I called to ask what was up thats when they said they couldnt tow my vehicle. Service: Car towing
