Mike was very professional, responsive, and friendly. He explained the whole process in a very clear way and took time to address our concerns.

Replaced 3 side by side windows with bay window with shutters they made. Great communication from beginning. From 1st phone call, to quote, to updates on install date, to showing when scheduled and ONTIME 1st thing in morning, to covering up furnishings inside home, to working all day to install window and make shutters, to clean up. Then came back to install shutters after I painted them. A+ start to finish. I will use them in future.
