This is my second tax year with TaxBasket. They are one of the most professional company. They do their work diligently. You can always call them and ask questions and they always answer correctly and instantly. Their webpage interface is also user friendly and easy to manage, you can communicate with them via their webpage after you log in. Their webpage is also very fast, uploading documents are so easy. Additionally if theres a benefit you can get, they always let you know to use it. I will continue to work with them

TaxBasket was very helpful for my amended return to IRS regarding the tax year 2021. We preferred them for tax return 2023 due to moving form GA to MI last year, in the beginning it look too complicated for us. It was joint return and Within a month, we submitted our 2023 return online for two of the states and federal. Probably will prefer them for next year too. Might look pricy but, instead of finding yourself in a bad situation on later years, better pay and get focused service for your case. They deserve every penny . Thanks taxbasket

I always received fast response when I need either document or answers. They are always helping me a lot even it's not their responsibilities. Never had an issue over 10 years! Very professional company.
