Very disappointed with my experience at 2400 Hudson Terrace. Jamie was a great manager when I viewed and decided on the apartment. Then she resigned a few weeks before move-in and it went down hill from there. To be fair, there were highlights: location, decently priced, good amenities. - The apartment was being fully renovated and I wanted to see the end result before signing lease. I was continually pressured into signing a lease when the kitchen was not even finished. I asked for pictures of progress as a minimum. This was a red flag I shouldve contemplated more on. During my stay: - Dog waste not cleaned up by same residents in dog run, constant marijuana smell throughout complex, packages stolen due to no organization system in lobby. - due to old age of building, AC broken many times, hot water tank broken half of the winter, constant fire alarms going off monthly - 2 weekends my tub was backfilled with sewage due to another unit flooding theirs. Called maintenance with no luck and management continually referring back to maintenance. Finally called corporate with little success. Then find out on my own that maintenance phone accidentally blocked my cell phone number. No apology, except offering to use bathroom in a unit being renovated. I decided to break my lease (paying the lease break fee) and moved out early. Paid for cleaners and did a walk through. Emailed management several times with no response on security deposit being returned. After many emails and calls to corporate, received security deposit weeks after the lease contractual agreement of 30 days. This place could be great with the location, but management is poor. One manager is not enough for the # of units. Maintenance tries, but the building is old. Repainting does not make it a luxury apartment. The reviews of others are consistent with my experience

While the building itself has certain limitations due to its age, the management team (Jaimee and Wascal) go above and beyond for their tenants to make the place as joyous and welcoming as possible. Also, if you like to cycle, this location and building are hands down one of the hidden gems in Fort Lee.

My sis & I moved here last summer and had to leave this month due to new jobs & life changes but words can not express how happy we were here. Our apartment was BEAUTIFUL and we felt so at home. Jamie (property manager) & the team always took great care of the property and if we ever had any requests they made sure to address them (and I know that maintenance is extremely busy with all the units so I always appreciated their efforts). Thank you guys for making it such a great experience, will always be one of my favorite places to have lived in :)

The property manager, Silvia has been amazing and has made the leasing process super smooth and is very prompt with any follow ups, questions, and any info I request. Looking forward to living here! Edit: To say Jaimee the current property manager is amazing is an understatement - she continues to go above and beyond, making the home feel like a community - organizing building events, and overall just being incredibly friendly, very personable, super welcoming. Since Jaimee has been managing the building there have been so many positive changes overall :)

    - Terrible management - Constant staff turnover. The one good building manager left last month, there have been 3 total in the two years I've been here. Unreliable. - The heat/AC is broken at least once a month - Zero organization of packages in the lobby (I've had three go missing in the past month) - Parking prices have doubled in one year - CONSTANT construction - loud, dirty, and inconvenient considering half the building is working from home. - Building smells of weed and cigarettes often despite being "smoke free" Shoutout to Wascal and the cleaning crew, though - the only friendly faces that are willing to help.
