        If you only care the room/building itself, this is a nice place. But if you don't want to have a bad conversation with the front desk here, run! Most of the staff there are friendly, but one lady at the front desk was super mean and rude. Several months ago I asked her for a very little help, she said NO without even thinking about it and turned her nasty face to me as usual. Glad I finally moved out.

        The Modern is luxury at its finest. The views are impeccable all 360 degrees. The staff is professionals and knowledgeable. The shuttle service to NYC is an add value. Please visit time amenities Floor for a world class gym, spa, business center, theatre, outdoor space, gild simulator, and so much more. If you plan to lease ask for JOE. Joe is an amazing leasing manager. He go above and beyond. The 24 hour concierge service makes living in the modern effortless. The modern is 5 , Top Notch, best value in the Tri-state area.
