Tom is an extremely knowledgeable accountant, who goes out of his way to understand his clients' challenges and to provide the best advice according to each situation. I had a complex situation that required coordination with a lawyer, and Tom took the initiative to lead the discussions and find the best solution. When dealing with Tom, or his associates, expect to be treated professionally, to receive the best service and be charged fairly.

After my accountant of 20 yrs retired, I was on the lookout for a new one. After reading multiple positive reviews, I decided to try Pogogeff. Last year, the work was slow, taking about 2 months to complete my return, but the work seemed ok. I decided to try them again this year and could not be more disappointed. The assistant is helpful and responsive but that is the only positive. I had to call multiple times to follow up on my return which took over 2 months to complete and had many errors. I received no communication from the accountant who prepared my returns after submitting documents online. He asked me no questions. Mistakes ranged from getting my name wrong to filing the incorrect status to saying I owed an amount that was actually a refund. I was given an explanation that it is very busy. Yes, it is tax season. I would recommend not taking on more clients than you can effectively service. I will not be returning.

Couldn't have been happier with the financial and tax advice I received. They understood cryptocurrencies better than anyone I spoke to which really mattered for me, plus they knew everything about any other topic I needed guidance on. When it came to filing my taxes it couldn't have been easier or faster. Sharing documents was simple, even when I needed to make changes or updates. Every step of the way I felt my time and concerns were treated by Pogogeff & Company like they were their own. That's hard to say about many businesses, let alone a CPA during tax season. My wife and I are so happy we switched CPA's this year. We would recommend Pogogeff & Company to anyone in a heartbeat. I'd never consider writing a review for a CPA normally, but they more than deserve it.

Clients for 5+ years. Love the service and the team Pia and Tom are fantastic. Always responds quick to our inquiries and available for consultations. We moved out of state and still didn't hesitate to keep our business here. Highly recommend.
