I had the pleasure of dealing with this office. I have a complicated case going on. I spoke to a woman named, Connie, who was very professional. She was extremely knowledgeable and went beyond her duties to help me. I was extremely pleased with my experience dealing with this office. I only wish more people would be as helpful as she was. Dr. Federman and his staff are the best. Highly recommend.

He was fine BUT he has the rudest, most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with. Saw him in Oct 2022 and had to send 3 emails in July 2023 to try to get the bills to submit to my insurance company. As per Connie in his office staff "they have other patients" so getting the bill to me so i can get it PAID too difficult but they have time to send 2 rude emails about not being able to send the bills. WOW

I called to the dentist office to make an appointment. I mentioned that I would like to get a dental cleaning done for myself. The lady on the phone told me that she can help me with that. The next question she asked was "what's your insurance information?" Once I gave the name of the insurance company, she told me that "you know what! we no longer do dental cleaning for some COVID related stuff". I leave the judgement to the reader about her honesty. It is a shame that there are people like her living in this world. It is a shame!
