Today we went to the store as plant newbies and Nirva was absolutely amazing. He planted our Bird of Paradise and other small herbs with such good care and precision into pots that we chose. He also gave very helpful advice on taking care of the plant. We couldnt be happier with his help and guidance, so thank you Nirva!!! We are so excited to bring these guys home and it was such a pleasant experience at the store today.

Walked in at 6:52 pm, and they close at 7 pm. I asked them to give me 2 dozen red roses with no design. I just wanted them to wrap it in the plastic and the girl denied me. They were all rushing to leave. Horrible service and the manager was standing right there watching it all happen. Horrible customer service

As an avid plant collector, I was excited to hear about metropolitans new rare plant room, upon arrival, theres a sign on the door that says ask associate for entry. To my luck there was someone in there! When I knocked and asked to see the plants in the room, the associate said I just sprayed and out of genuine curiosity asked sprayed for what? To which he responded for people not to come inside. So strange then why he was sitting around inside on his phone. Havent been to metropolitan in years and I for sure wont be back again. Not sure who that guy thinks he is but from the state of the sad, overpriced, rare plants, he needs to get off his high horse and take better care of those plants or metropolitan should replace him asap. Or at least give him some retail training, because he is inadequately equipped.
