The worst front desker I ever met, dmb lady

I stayed at this Hotel for 3 days, throughout the night you hear running above your head in the room and creaking of the doors. The hotel manager charged my credit for smoking in the room when that never happened. She claims that housekeeping said the room smelled like smoke and when renting the room the next day, the people said they smelled smoke. I signed my name on the contract for the non smoking policy. Why would there be any smoking in the room? This hotel looks like shelter and honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. It has a stench smell the moment you walk in the front door of the front desk as well as the rooms. I didn't leave the hotel due to other hotels that were close by was already booked for the weekend. I will be taking this further because there's no concrete evidence that there was smoking in the room. They charged me off of assumption. Rooms: The rooms have an odor to it giving a mildew smell. Safety: Theres minimum parking at the hotel. I noticed only 2 cameras when it should be cameras all throughout the hotel. Food & drinks: The breakfast being served taste microwaved.
