I have never met a nicer woman than Josefina. She's very caring. I felt like i had been taken care of by my mother. The best nurse hands down.

My first time visiting HCSC and I was nervous. When I arrived, a gentleman at the front checked me in and made me feel welcomed. After signing numerous consents, we had a small hiccup with them knowing how to process Care Credit but ultimately, everything was worked out. The clinical team member came out and introduced herself and took me to the back where I changed and was placed on a gurney. Numerous other team members came by, to introduce themselves and ask me some questions (same questions to make sure I gave them all the same answerwhat are we doing for you today?at first I was concerned but then I realized that they have what Im getting done right in front of them and they are reconfirm with me, the patient) The Docs came by, same questions and then a few minutes later I was walked to the OR. Again a few new faces, a few. We introductions and on the table I go. 3 deep breaths (GA) later, I wake up to apple juice, water, and an apple muffin with a friendly new face welcoming me back. I got dressed, received my instructions, and out I went. Great experience from the start to the end.
