        Veronika Moysa was courteous, very professional, and she carefully listened to all my questions and concerns, even when I may have expressed some displeasures over pricing issues. I am eagerlylooking forward to receivingby email the electronic copies of all relevant documents that she had promised me last Friday (of course I am aware that this is a long Easter weekend and I may have to wait acouple of days more) so I can play with the numbers to study and perhaps learn precisely where my mistakes were when I tried to tackle some of the tax puzzles that I was hopelessly incapable of completing.
