        Drove 20 minutes to go there to sell some euros and the manager on the floor says I am busy. Then asks do you have an appointment? The bank was open for business! What has happened to being courteous or customer service? L

        I wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option. Santander bank is one of thieves. They have stolen over $4,000 from my account and refuse to take ownership. When I opened multiple cases against them they closed each one immediately and refused to let me speak with anyone who can personally adjust it. Your stolen money is the only reason they're still in business.
