I would like to say that working with Joanna Mania these last few years has been amazing and a main reason why I have chose to stay with Allstate. I have called Joanna numerous times over the years to ask to review my policy, add/remove a vehicle, add renters insurance, etc, and she always takes the time to explain everything to me. She explains each part of my insurance policy and will let me know why there has been an increase in cost of coverage and what we can look at as possible ways to save more. She is a pleasure to work with and is always there via phone or email to answer my questions.

I have been using the Andrea Lucciola Allstate Agency for the past 10 years for auto and homeowners policies. Each member has conducted themselves professionally and courteously. I must single out my agent, Liz Moreno, who always answers questions and concerns promptly and graciously. She always keeps me informed of changes or savings available. She is a wonderful representative of this agency. I am very pleased with the service provided by the Lucciola Agency.
