Melissa was a great agent to work with. Her marketing of the property was fantastic and included well done photos, drone footage, and even a video where Melissa introduced the property to buyers. We were working on a tight timeline and hit a few snags during the negotiation process, but Melissa got it done for us. I would definitely recommend Melissa as a seller's agent.

My mom had lived in New Jersey for over 20 years, and one day she realized she was having challenges to the point where it was no longer safe for her to live completely on her own. She needed to stop driving, she needed help in certain areas, and no family in the area was interested in helping her. I asked my mom if she wanted to come and live by me, which is many hours away. She did! So began the process of finding a realtor to help my mom out. I came across Melissa's name, read the reviews, sent her an email explaining our situation, and she responded back immediately- on a holiday, no less, and was not only willing to help, but she also had great compassion for my mom's situation. Melissa was terrific efficient, smart, professional, and effective. We got a good price for our house quickly without having to endure an open house, which was nice. She did her homework and kept us informed as the process unfolded. She even recommended a photographer who made our house look its best. Happy to recommend.

Her knowledge of the current market made for a quick sale of our home at a great price. Melissas use of technology and social media when marketing our home undoubtably increased its exposure. Aside from being extremely professional and savvy, Melissa is equally down to earth and truly an advocate for her clients. She was available to us every step of the way and we felt 100% comfortable turning to her for any advice. We utilized several of her recommendations for other professionals and they all exceeded our expectations.
