    There was 1 person in waiting room when I arrived. I signed in and 3 family members arrived after me. The person at front desk took their copay and I had to walk up to the desk and say Im assuming you need my copay as well. The dr came out and took in the 3 family members first even though I was there and singed in prior them. I waited for about 30 minutes before I was taken into room. Ok, not terrible. Then I proceeded to wait and wait and wait. I heard dr talking to patients in next room, thinking ok this is almost over. I continued to wait and then got fed up after being there for almost an hour and a half. Went to front desk got my copay back. 1 dr on staff not sufficient. I will never go back there. Ridiculous. They need to use some common sense.

    If I could I would give it a 0 star...The P.A. Erin had NOOOOOO!!!!! IDEA what she was doing. And the wait was forever!

    The front receptionist are amazing. Probably the best part of the experience. I had to get a Covid test and they were extremely helpful and courteous. The doctor was very personable and answered all my questions. Hopefully I dont ever have to come back here, but if I do I know i am in good hands.

    I had gone in for what I thought was strep throat, but my test came back negative. While waiting for my COVID test, the Dr. said, "Wait 5 minutes". So I waited. 5 minutes turned to 10, turned to 20, turned to, 25. Mind you, I had a 103.3 fever. So I got up and went outside the room looking for someone. The Dr. saw me and said, "OMG you're still here?" Totally forgotten about me. Now it wouldn't be so bad but now fast-forward 4 days and I still have strep symptoms so I am questioning the validity of the check up.

    I went here on a Sunday with a swollen knee that needed an X-ray. Chai's website stated they have X-rays. Turns out they don't have an X-ray. So I got my knee wrapped and that was it.
