The only reason I gave 5 starts is for: Since moving into this building, Lorraine from the leasing office has consistently gone above and beyond to address all of my requests promptly and efficiently. I appreciate her professionalism and exceptional customer service, making my experience here truly enjoyable.

i lived here for around 2 years, nd theres just so much i can talk about, mice, packages, no hot water in mornings, it really is just horrible.

New management is trying their best to improve the experience here at Summit on Prospect. I take my hat off to the staff for their organization and speedy response to service calls. Keep up the good work!!!!! And then I had my car stolen out of the parking garage. It turns out that there had been a rash of car breakins in the complex and in the area and the management team would rather post about food trucks than providing the tenants with important information that could possibly keep them SAFE. The security bar to the lot has been broken since April and thieves have been using this lot as a candy store. Our rent has increase exponentially but the level of security in this place has decreased. The staff does not live in the buildings so they could careless about out safety. After doing my own investigation and talking to other tenants in the build (some of whom had their cars broken into) it turns out that there was an employee (lets call him EP) who lived and worked in the build. EP was a main part of a stolen car ring that was terrorizing the neighborhood. After finding out information about EP's involvement in these crimes, the Summit on Prospects management team fired the employee. He immediately moved out of the building and is most likely still involved in illegal activities. I went to the management team and asked for help with the investigation and they insisted that they had no information. Summit on Prospects management team did nothing but cover up for EP. They could have notify me or any of the other tenets whose cars were broken into or stolen about the information they had become privy to. In my opinion, Summit on Prospect is borderline responsible and played a major part in these crimes. I will be pursuing legal counsel and be looking to hold someone responsible. The lack of respect of the management team towards the tenets is obvious all you have to do is ask anyone who has lived here for more than 2 years and they will confirm my sentiments.
