Planned Parenthood - Hackensack Health Center

I spent 25 minutes on hold. No one picked up, their website wont register any phone numbers. So i cant make an appointment online. Oh they also repeat the same message over and over again. After 10 minutes I just walked away from my phone.

Theyre good but for whatever reason theres like a very subliminal attitude in the atmosphere in there like they try to discourage u as soon as u walk in with that itll b a 3 hour wait its never that long ..its always less than an hour for what I go for which is testing .then when u go back there they seem to rush everything and b real cold like the idea of people being in the place irks them its NEVER crowded the patients are never rude or rowdy when Im there so I dont know what the staff be so miserable about they need some Prozac in that bih theyre too efficient to be acting all sour all day

This has had to have been once of the cleanest PPH that I have been to. The office space looks very neat, tidy and spotless. I stepped into this office anxious, nervous and a bit sad (due to my reasoning for needing to be there) and came out laughing, smiling and being super grateful to have gone there. Wil was very comforting, supportive and patient with me during my visit. The nurse and doctor that I had met with were the sweetest people. At the end of the visit I was very (and still am) grateful for the kindness and understanding that they had given to me. I will be referring my colleagues/friends/family or anyone looking to get some care done, here. Thank you for your kindness ladies, you helped me get through a tough visit.

Cant even describe the service because I wasnt even helped. I went to schedule an appointment for an STI check and they said they accept walk ins. I went in at 1:30 and said they stopped doing tests after 1 oclock. Maam youre open till 5pm so then what you you guys doing for the next 4 hours? If thats the case then they really need to advertise that. Always had problems here and even if englewood is farther away. Its worth it because this place sucksssss
