The staff is very communicative. I always know what is going on. They call and email me on all updates concerning my sister. They friendly and empathetic. The nurses on the floor are the sweetest. This make sure she eats, takes her meds , and is always clean. For me thats these things are the most important when it comes to my sisters care.

I found the staff at ElderGuide both very professional and also always caring and concerned about any needs I had at any time. Eli, Lisa and Ellie were those who worked with me and each were the tops at what they did too help me and always in a friendly manner. Being the first time I have ever been through such a situation, they were the absolute best. ElderGuide in particular, Baila Finkel, helped me through the arduous medicaid process for my Aunt. She needed care that I could no longer provide and they helped make it possible.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for Elder Guide's support in assisting my mother to get approved for Medicaid.
