My father in law passed away earlier this month and we wanted to plant a tree in the backyard to remember him by. After much googling, we decided on a Coral Bark Japanese Maple. None of us had ever heard of this tree nor seen it before but it looked beautiful in photos. On the way home from the funeral home, we drove passed Krygier's Nursery and thought we'd stop in and see if they had this tree. As we were pulling in, from several yards away, we spotted a Coral Bark Japanese Maple right out front. Fate. The tree was even more beautiful in person than in photos. And the woman we met was absolutely lovely. She answered all our questions (we know nothing about trees), told us all about the tree, how to care for it and what to expect as the seasons changed. She helped us load it into our car making sure that it was secure. Noting our black clothing, she also offered her condolences. On such a difficult day, it was nice chatting with someone who was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place. The had a wonderful selection of trees and it was a pleasure to walk through the nursery.
