Ive been a resident of 225 Grand St Apartments for over 4 years now, and its been an absolute pleasure. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a smile, making it feel like home. The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, with updates that keep everything looking fresh and modern. What truly stands out is the efficiency of the maintenance team. Any request is addressed promptly, ensuring that living here is smooth and hassle-free. Its rare to find such attentive and quick service, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. I couldnt be happier with my choice to live at 225 Grand St. The combination of a welcoming community, pristine living conditions, and exceptional service makes it a place Im proud to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they feel valued and taken care of.

My girlfriend and I have been living here for about 6-7 months now. Cant express how much we enjoy it. The staff is exquisite. Terry, Tracel, Denisio, Angel, Marcin, Marta, all of the staff are so nice. They welcomed us with open arms and always greet us with a smile. We cannot be happier living here.
