Ive been working with Nicole Lefebvre for a few years now. Shes such a pleasure and always responsive. I recently visited the building and everyone on site is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend doing business here.

Not a great value, was not impressed with pricing. Apartment is more than 6 years old now and the units do not have any outdoor balconies or anything more than the square footage of your unit. The bare minimum. Studios start at $3,400 and rent could be as high as about $10,000 per month. I was very disappointed with the quality / price ratio + fees. :( There are definitely better options in Jersey City. This is the bare minimum and you will pay. Not impressed. Also, rent was as low as $1,900 per month just before the pandemic, near doubling in just three years. Yikes! Admin Fee: $600 (Typically $50-150, if not waived) Monthly Dog Fee: $50 (Typical is $20-30) Parking: $270 (Actually... Not terrible for the area)
