When you have an exceptional experience, you should take the time to say so. I love this building and I haven't needed maintenance very much, but when I have needed them, the team here have been pretty wonderful. I wanted to remind people that it is not just where you live, but the people who help you live. I personally wanted to thank the guys who did that for me today. Julian and Jason fixed all of my issues quickly and effectively. They were both super kind and respectful. Julian was incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and found a way to answer all my questions (which can be a lot:) Jason really brought forth brilliant alternatives and was solution oriented. Justin and Jason went above and beyond-Thanks for making my day and home better!

I've lived at Cast I since May 2013 and it's a great place. I wanted to especially call out Don Richardson who leads the maintenance team at Bozzutto (the property manager). Don has been at the building for multiple years and is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He has fixed some complicated issues that baffled earlier maintenance teams. Excellent service that makes the resident experience really superior. In all of my 10+yrs, I have always had maintenance issues resolved quickly. And there have not been too many issues to begin with.

I've worked at a commercial tenant in CIL for almost two years, and the folks at the Bozzuto management office are the best. Everyone in the office is consistently supportive of the business I work for. They're extremely kind and helpful, and they run a tight ship of a building.
