Took my suburban to get fix paid almost 3 thousand 8 months later started doing the same thing from before and now they are telling me is the transmission.

Misleading, incompetent ,useless shop. Very disorganized and utterly dishonest. They kept my car for 5 days, did nothing at all, never called or gave an update. Wasted my time and my money. Never go there again. Their receptionist ( to busy checking her Instagram on her phone) even stated that she doesn't even know service manager last name ! Really ???Just lies on top of lies. Its mind boggling how still can operate, basically zero costumer service. I strongly recommend to find other certified shop but this one. Shame on you.

Anyone who needs their car serviced should stay far away from this particular location. You are met with the utmost negligence, disregard, and attitudes as though you are inconveniencing them by requesting services that are rightfully due to you as a customer. Paul who introduced himself as one of the supervisors has the most unethical and unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered. I had experienced an electrical issue with my BRAND NEW VEHICLE for over SIX months in which I tried to be understanding and patient due to THEIR issue with loaners. I expressed my concerns of feeling unsafe driving a brand new vehicle with an electrical problem and was trying to inquire what my other options were and how we can fix it due to the amount of time that was passing in between. Only to be met with an answer by him of "I don't know why don't you call the DMV yourself and ask why its taking so long and there are other people waiting who don't have a transmission." That answer was unwarranted and complete deflection of the issue at hand. He demands respect without giving it and has horrendous communication skills. He promises to call you back time after time only to have weeks pass in between. When you call to follow up, it is the same answer and same disrespectful energy. Obviously, they are a shop and have many issues to attend to. However, they misdiagnosed the primary issue after all this time, never offered other options where they can help (only for the actual customer to do all behind the scenes work and go to another dealer/shop because they could care less about your time and travels). Having him there as one of the higher ups who represent this company is a complete disservice to them and the customers all across. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never encountered such a disgusting experience. I will be following up with corporate and the better business' bureau.
