Ethel Pesin Liberty Footbridge

I've never set foot on it---just paddled under it in kayaks. Looks handy, though the water below is not the sweetest smelling spot ;-). Rumor has it the area will be developed. Perhaps it will get a good dredging and cleanup/remediation? We can only hope. The bridge itself is quaint and attractive.

It's a quite useful bridge and provides amazing access between downtown JC and Liberty State Park, but it often reeks due to the effluent, especially during low tide.

I visited it last 2 years which was not good, but this now i a great place to visit, nice improvement

There is a large bridge for cars and bikes now
