When making an appointment for oral surgery (twice) they asked if general or local anesthesia was preferred. Not only till the day before the appointment/surgery, they call and say oh yeah, bring $300 for the anesthesia. Insurance cards were submitted and accepted. Not sure who the receptionist was but thats NOT a very professional way to inform patients. This information should be stated initially. Update**** Patient was told to bite down on the gauze after extraction and did. Been bleeding for 8 hours so we called the receptionist. They said thats not normal and that the patient shouldve not bit down so hard, although THAT WAS WHAT HE WAS TOLD. Doctor was great but the dental assistant screwed over the patient. New update**** Doctor called and told patient he needs to bite down hard on a tea bag to assist with the bleeding. When we called the office per my last update as seen above. The receptionist said not to bite down hard. The receptionist and doctors assistant caused unneeded pain to patient. It seems only the doctor knows anything. I would advise only listening to what the doctor here says because its obvious the words coming from the other staff is right out of their a**.

Fantastic experience for something that is usually unpleasant. I highly recommend that you choose Dr Quinones for implants. The office is professional and his bedside manner is excellent.
