I really hate giving negative reviews. However, whenever I feel rushed or a doctor is not listening because he has too many patients then thats problematic for me. We visited with Dr. Bloom who I thought was not a good listener. Instead of listening to the history of what our experiences have been before, hes too busy giving me his patient stats. My experiences with x-rays at RWJ have not been good and 3 out of 4 times we have needed MRIs or CT scans when doctors swear there is nothing wrong. When I tried to tell him this he just cut me off to tell me how many patients hes seen. Im not impressed by that, but more impressed by your bed side manners. I told you shes allergic to aspirin/NSAIDS yet you went on to say she can take ibuprofen and naproxen. Dr. Bloom you are incorrect. I know many times we put certain patients in the same category, uneducated and ignorant. Well in this case its quite the opposite. I really dont care for a doctors arrogance. You are not God. I have private insurance that pays quite well, so when Im on a visit I need to receive the care that my insurance and myself pay is paying for. System Update: RWJ needs to update payment to include Apple Pay. Its 2023.

Great service and the doctor was very good knew exactly how to overcome our sons shield and examined him very well.

Very good and patient orthopedic doctor. Office staff including PA is great. They keep to appointment times.
