I had a bowl from this place a while ago and it was tasty and wanted to order it again but after trying to order online several times, theres no option to add tofu protein anymore. Is this no longer available?

UPDATED 3/19/24 PM: The manager reached out and was fantastic about making this right. He said hes investing time into improving their consistency and offered to buy me dinner to test their improvements later on. Give these guys a shot, theyre good people and do right by their customers. (2 stars) ORIGINAL 3/19/24 AM: I hate to do this but these guys just cant get out of their own way. We order from here all the time - its convenient and generally has healthy options - but they cannot ever get it right. They are so inconsistent - I cant remember the last time we didnt have an issue with an order. Yesterday was my tipping point, they completely left out an item and my chicken came undercooked. I called numerous times to get a refund on those two items and was met with a let me talk to my manager with no follow up. Cant get anything through their delivery app either. A few weeks ago we got two island bowls with undercooked hard rice. The food is good, they just arent consistent at all. Wed order every night from here if they could perform consistently.
