        They cancel frequently, and they dont wave the fee. They expect you to travel far and hunt down classes. She learned a lot but the customer service is awful. I just took her out after a year.

We always relocate our canceled classes to another pool about 10 minutes away because continuing to provide swim lessons is always our top priority. We're very proud of your swimmer and the progress she's made during her time with us and are sorry to hear you're unenrolling.
