I was given two different prices for the installment of my remote start. I feel like I was overcharged and I couldve went Somewhere else. I will always go to another place because everywhere I ask gave a cheaper price. they dont charge $400 for installing a remote starter after paying for the part that was $305 in all I paid over 700 dollars for a remote starter. This is unacceptable and every time I try to talk to somebody over the people, they give me the run around. They wouldnt even give me my key back from the original keys I had to fight for that

The customer service sucks. I've been calling since Monday about a Gap check that was supposed to go to their office. I spoke to several people who took my info and promised a call back and no one ever called.I spoke to a manager today who claimed to pride herself on customer service and guaranteed a call back within 30 minutes and still no call back.

I got out of the door with an amazing Kia Sportage all thanks to their efforts! They helped me get approved and were great at communication throughout the process. I give them 5-stars! Awesome dealership
