I would like the people who are looking to serve the people who work in the bank to some people who are not qualified to work in the banks. Please, the manager has to be careful if they are not allowed to accept clients in their bank.

Hands down the biggest joke of a bank. From the staff to the website to there phone support. If you are looking for someone to bank with DO NOT PICK THEM. Trying to pay off my loan I call and ask for info, they say go into the local branch, I go into the local branch they say there computers are down and that I should call support. Support says they have no access to my loan only the local branch does, I’m paying $5,000 in monthly interest because these clowns can’t get it together. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to choosing them as my bank.

Santander Bank in Lakewood has been my bank for over 15 years, I have never had any issues with them. The staff is friendly and has always helped me with my financial needs. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the drive thru ATM machine doesn't work and that can be a hassle.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff and long unnecessary wait times. I opened an account here and closed it a week later after the way I was treated at this branch. Staff were singing, cursing at each other and loudly sharing rude gossip amongst themselves. Watched as a member of staff refused to listen to someone who had an issue and yelled at them for contacting Santander Customer Service for it. She then proceeded to trash talk the guy as soon as he left to her colleagues and in front of other customers. I will definitely not return here and would recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
