Hoping anyone who look at apartments at 101 Delancey Street see this... Leasing an apartment here was such a mistake. The problems are endless; no hot water, packages stolen regularly, people using the doorway as a bathroom, absurdly loud neighboring nightclubs that you can hear all night, and the management does literally nothing to help. The kind of bad NYC realty that you read about

Ben Weinstein is a coward and left so many homeless in Newport News, Virginia to figure out the situation for themselves. He failed to fix simple and minor things and instead tucked his tail between his legs and left many without a place to stay. This is a sad situation and I pray for all involved.
