I recently had need to have dealings with this office and I must say, everyone I spoke to, asked for or responded were above and beyond. Not one negative issue to report. What a joy to get a response even on an employees day off, what more could you ask for? Big shout out to Allens assistant Cindy. Cured everything in a timely, professional and communicative way and was pleasant to boot!

I was a resident of one of their properties for 4 years. Upon moving out I was told my security deposit would be refunded in 2 weeks. After one month I contacted my former super (also useless) and she gave me a number and extension to call. I called twice and didnt receive an answer or call back. I decided to call the main number and speak to someone else. Someone who has clearly never socialized with the general public answered (an accountant) and let me know the person I was looking for was out. I was trying to ask if they had been out for a while since they didnt pick up the phone last week. If they were on vacation for example I could see why my calls hadnt been returned. Unfortunately the sad excuse for a person who answered my phone call would not let me speak and aggressively spoke over me until his tiny spine broke and he hung up. That was the most unnecessarily rude and aggressive experience I have ever had with another human on the phone. I guess this guy really doesnt like Mondays. I will continue to posts updates with ny experience with this place until my check is received.
