Neil H. Greco: Allstate Insurance

Neil is the worst agent i ever had. I spent 2 hours with him on changes to my policy in February to end up with absoluty no updates till October. He stopped returning calls. His wife runs the service desk and she took at least 5 messages for him and admitted he is not responding. I filed the customer complaint and got all my changes done 180 days retroactively, but I still lost over 1 month worth of lower premium. Don't let Neil fool you. Record all of your requested changes and his promises in writing. I switched to another Allstate agency and am getting the great care now.

I have been a Allstate customer 45 years this agency is the worst I’ve seen in the North Jersey area!

I became the client of Neil Greco many years ago when my previous Allstate agent sold his business. While I have not been interacting with the agency almost ever my first and most important interaction was really bad. I requested several updates to my policy which would drastically reduce the premium. Neil confirmed that he is going to make updates but he didn't do so in 6 months.  While his wife runs the office with him and I left many messages with her I received no single call back. Emails went unresponsive too. I filed the formal customer complaint and I switched the agent. I don't recomment having business with him. Very bad agent.
