Expert Plowing and Landscaping

Spencer and team have been great to work with! They are super responsive which is something I really value. Spencers team helped my lawn look the best it has in years and he and his landscape designer helped refresh our plantings! It was truly collaborative and a great experience.

I let them go after one season because the team showed up inconsistently sometimes as little as once per month but Spencer would not prorate the monthly maintenance charge even when his team showed up less than our agreed upon 4x per month for a set cost. I reiterated to him via text multiple times that the cost I agreed to was for once per week service. His team also always blew things off my porch and knocked down yard signs and never picked anything up before they left. They missed sections of gutters during the extra gutter clean out cost I paid for in the Spring. Also when we first met, I asked Spencer for a bunch of up front work like re-doing the mulch beds, trimming shrubs, and new planting and he never got around to any of it (I guess he didn't want that extra money) plus I was always being charged for these fertilizations and pest sprays that I agreed to upfront as well but his team never did those that I saw. I really think Expert took me for a ride all season. My neighbor also switched from Expert to another company so I'm not the only one to move on from Expert in my neighborhood.
