We hired Radhika and her team to be one of our dessert vendors for our wedding reception and we could not of asked for more. Her group was the star of our desserts and blew everyone away. They were beyond impressed with the set up and the options available. Not only visually was it stunning, but the flavors themselves were loved by all. We had countless guests come up to us and tell us how many times they went up because they couldn’t get enough. Radhika made the process from start to end completely seamless. She was one of the best vendors we worked with and was very accommodating of our numerous changes (dates, timing, flavors, guest counts, etc.). She did everything in her power to ensure we were taken care of and had one less thing to stress about. She even invited us to one of her local events to show us her process and let us try a few flavors. She really stands behind her product and it shows. The quality is second to none and I mean who doesn’t love ice cream with a twist? Her team was very professional and accommodating while handling our guests with ease. Ensuring everyone got what they wanted multiple times! Even our guests who are notorious critics of dessert quality, loved the ice cream available and couldn’t stop raving. We would recommend Radhika and 321Chillz to anyone without hesitation. If you want your guests to have a magical and unforgettable experience, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not hiring her and her team. She’s a complete joy to work with and we cannot wait to have her at another event in the future!

If I could give Radhika and her team more stars, I would. They were just amazing. We had them for both my sister's Sangeet night and during the wedding ceremony and they were a hit with the guests at both events. She was great to work with and very professional. All her little touches were on point. Highly recommend her and her team because I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to the next family event so we can have her and her team again!

I just wanted to take a minute to express truly how magical this company was to work with throughout planning my wedding. If you’re looking for a unique extra “WOW” factor, stop what you’re doing and message this vendor right now. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on the cocktails and ice cream, and above all else Radhika was truly amazing to work with. Professional, efficient, FUN are the words that come to mind. They came all the way to Long Island and were there on time. I cannot recommend 321Chillz enough, I will be using them for future events. Radhika and team did a fantastic job at our daughters 1st bday party. Adults and kids loved the frozen cocktails and desserts. Her recommendations were on point, especially the rose ice cream. This is a most have bar at all your events. you can go wrong by hiring 321chillz
