        The young guy who works here is excellent. Always friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond. He is great at moving the line along quickly and making suggestions for packaging and shipping and pricing. The lady who owns the store is a different story. She has absolutely zero customer service bones in her body.

        I went here to return an Amazon order which is supposed to be free but this location charges to tape the box closed. It doesn't say anywhere in the return instructions that there will be a fee. As I left I heard the manager say to me, read the instructions. He was even helping someone else. Very poor customer service.

        I come here quite frequently and its always the same young guy working by himself. He is very nice, helpful, and patient even while its busy and theres a line of people to the door. =]
