Chestnut Court Apartments

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here ever!!!!!!! The #1 reason is MOLD! How disgusting and disappointing this is!!! This issue was on going for 8 months of a 1 year lease agreement. Followed all Protocols set by property manager and still no resolution to the root cause of this constant mold/ health concerning issue. Even reached out to owner of property and no response or care at all to the tenant. And just to add, you don't just pay your own water bill, infact you pay other tenants water bill also because other tenants in your building that are considered grandfathered in?? Yep, you pay there bill on top of yours!!!!! NO THANKS!!! Now I could go on about more but I won't.

It was a nice apartment, our unit definitely needed some updating for the cost of rent. I would make sure you are in good terms with the leasing manager and maintenance because if youre not they will be sure to let you know. Emails from leasing manager were unprofessional and downright rude. But we had a happy few years there, it is a very dog friendly community ! However the dog park is extremely run down and unsafe.

Great community..great location..apt are clean n spacious..updated kitchen. Pet friendly community... Margaret the office manager is outstanding. You will appreciate the communication..why am i leaving the ?..Got quite a bit closer to family friends n work....Ty for opportunity to be a part of your community..

Everything from the application process to moving in was quick and seamless. Margaret in the leasing office was a pleasure to deal with. Had one minor issue when I moved in and maintenance was here to rectify the issue within a few hours. Great experience to date.
