Unique Kitchen and Bath Design

I reached out to World Class Kitchen and Bath to discuss a kitchen remodel. When in the showroom I met with someone who I didn't get the best impression from as they weren't too concerned with what I had to say and started quoting prices based on...nothing because they had no measurements or any information. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and setup an appointment for them to come and measure. The owner, Joe, arrived at my home at 11:40 AM for an 11 AM appointment. Frustrating but not the end of the world. I asked if he could please put on a mask. He didn't have one so I provided. I then asked if he could please remove his shoes. Joe started to and then said, "just a sec, I need to get something out of the car" -- he went to his car and drove off. How professional. That response to a simple request confirmed it all for me. I wish them the best of luck but for obvious reasons, will not be using them.

Renovations can be very stressful. Joe and Donna Vitale make it so much easier. Excellent design, on budget and on time. A weekly schedule of what is being done, who is showing up, when they will be there. Always available for questions and concerns. I will be using them again.
