I tried calling to get information but the director Peggie hung up on me mid sentence im not sure if she thought I was a telemarketer but this was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would expect much better coming from the administration. Very sour experience.

if you want child hurt in name of accident than admit them in this school, if you want to be disappointed every day by the lies than admit them to this school. Talk to your child if you are sending them to this school you might be surprised. I am going to put an official complaint to the board that overlooks child day care in nj. Strongly recommend not to send your child. It might be close or cheap but will come at a cost.

Both of my children are enrolled in this daycare since the ages of 2 and 3.5. The teachers are very patient with them, and very diligent in the daily care of them. I can tell that they pay lots of attention to the children, not only on their daily activities, but also on their long-term growth and development. The covid period is complicated to manage, yet I think the daycare has done very well, limiting the risks as much as possible, while striking a delicate balance to minimize the impact on the children (and parents!). It is something very precious, as I have had multiple daycare experiences in NYC and NJ before landing here. I definitely recommend this daycare.

DJFC has several teachers with many years of teaching experience, and it really makes a difference. It's not easy to be a teacher in the US, and teachers who stay in the profession are those who are not only good at teaching but also really care about children and enjoy spending time with them. Ms. Jayshree used to teach my 4-year-old before she moved away. Many months later, my kid still asks me when we can go to India to visit her. DJFC has a diverse team. Ms. Kylie speaks fluent Mandarin, which my kids speak, too. Ms. Hanan speaks French -- my kid learned a French song from her. Ms. Patricia speaks standard English and she would occasionally mix in some ebonics at the right moment, which we find charming! One of my kids has also spent several months in Mr. Tyler's class, who has background in fitness coaching and he really enjoyed it. Ms. Kim and Ms. Peggy are excellent directors. They work very hard in keeping the center staffed and organized, expecially during the pandemic. Ms. Joan has almost 30 years of experience and she moved around classrooms to help and provide guidance to younger teachers. All my kids love the center.

Administration The director and assistant director at this daycare (Kim and Peggy) are the absolute BEST. They are receptive to feedback and are always available to the parents. Most importantly, they clearly care about each child and go out of their way to make sure that each child feels special. They were my daughters favorite people in that building. Teachers We absolutely love the teachers at the center. In particular, Melissa and Nicole (Infant Room) were exceptional. They are eager to tell you about how your child's day went and make each child feel comfortable. In the beginning, our daughter was very nervous at dropoff but as time went on she was thrilled to be able to hang out with Melissa and Nicole. Space The space is wonderful. It is not the usual explosion of colors at daycare and instead has a "calmer" neutral vibe. I found the classrooms to be much bigger than other facilities and they have an indoor play space for when it rains. The campus is secure and guarded. Other Things of Note One of the other things that drew us to this campus is how diverse staff and the children were. They clearly value diversity and celebrate all cultures. Cost We did find that this center was pricey as compared to other centers. However, the price is well worth it so long as you can afford it. The center is much better than the alternatives that we toured.
