Only reason I bring my pets here is because it's nearby, otherwise I wouldn't. Two of the older receptionists are very rude and curt, and have had multiple complaints against them throughout the years; they frequently hang up on you, leave you on hold, and don't put appointments through. The only receptionist I've had a pleasant experience with is Sam. They really need to replace those other ones; they're the face of the vet when you first walk in and it's not welcoming. The doctors are a pain to deal with too. You're lucky to get the same doctor for your pet, and getting a hold of them to discuss results is a game of luck. Their schedules are inconsistent and they don't inform you if they won't be available for your appointment ahead of time. You're lucky to get a 3-ring call at 7pm before they leave a voicemail to call back. Dealing with this staff is exhausting and not a pleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Appointments are easy to obtain and the staff is courteous, professional and make my pet feel comfortable.
