The project started with Jay inspecting the project area checking as to what we wanted to do then Jay making suggestions. Drawings were made and approved. Supply vendors selected and time schedule set. Staff continues to follow up as the time approaches. Management & Staff (workers) show up on the start date and help to move furniture, etc. to a safe area. (They later returned things back in place.) The work was completed in a professional manner and reviewed by management on a regular basis during the project. Management reviewed everything with us at the end of the project and then followed up again to make sure everything was still good and we were happy with the work. Very happy with the work CIPRIANNI did. This is the 2nd time we used their services. Last time it was siding, trim & windows which are still in great shape after 30 years. I have had Cipriani do 3 remodeling jobs for me over the past 5 years, most recently was the renovation of the kitchen. The work they do is impeccable and worth every penny. Melissa was my designer on all 3 projects. Her skill and ideas are fabulous...it's like she reads my mind. They do a great job having open discussions throughout the redo.
